- ACCESS AT THE MAIN GATE: 

In order for you to enter the Innsbruck Community you need to provide the following information for each vehicle, 48 hours prior to check-in or you may not be able to enter the community:

• Name of the Driver
• Vehicle’s Make
• Model
• Color

- Check-in: 4 PM •Check-out: 10 AM 

- No smoking

- No pets allowed

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: The property requires two sets of stairs to access levels

- NOTE: Please observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

- Please do not unplug or interfere with any electronics.

- This short-term rental includes a starter set of toilet paper and one set of towels per guest. For fresh linens during your stay, feel free to use the washer and dryer in the garage, where laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the garage, facing outward toward the driveway and the front door, and camera 2 is located on the back of the house facing the yard and rear entrance. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

-A/C: During the summer, Georgia Power recommends setting the thermostat higher when leaving for the day or even for a few hours. To help with this, our thermostats are automatically programmed to adjust to 75°F daily at 10:00 AM. If you're home at that time, feel free to adjust it as needed.  Also, during the summer the fireplace is turned off.
