Door code access will be granted at 4pm on the day of check in.

PARKING

The townhouse has a 2 car garage. Please park in the garage if possible as the driveway is not very big to park outside. Please be mindful not to block the neighbors. 

WIFI and CABLE

For your convenience all TVs have ROKU TV GUEST ACCESS MODE!! 

You can sign in to subscription channels using your own account credentials. Don't worry! your login credentials will also be automatically removed from the device on the date you specify, typically the day you check out. 

  • Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Guest Book upon arrival on the coffee table.
  • Complementary WIFI - 1GIG for all of your streaming needs!

For your convenience we have included charging cords for iPhone and Android devices. You will find those in a clear plastic container in the cabinet on top of the microwave.

Roku Guest Mode Instructions:

  • Press Home on the Roku remote.
  • Scroll and select Settings.
  • Select System.
  • Select Guest Mode.
  • Select Enter Guest Mode.
  • Enter your PIN.
  • Select OK, and confirm

We also included some snacks for your arrival! Please feel free to eat them all, they are provided for your enjoyment.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with with plates, pots and pans, muffin and baking sheets, cutting boards, cooking utensils, and cutlery. Additionally, single serve Keurig, coffee machine and toaster.


If anything is missing, running out or not working properly, please let us know and we will fix the problem immediately.

For your convenience sponges, dish soap and laundry detergent are provided. Dish detergent is organic and made locally with all natural ingredients.

Additional Information

The are two thermostats, one is located in the living/dinning area. The second one in the master bedroom.  Each room is equipped with a fan. 


To turn on the fireplace, you flick the switch on inside in the middle. The protective curtain chain must stay 100% open while the fireplace is on. 

To turn off please be careful as it may get very hot. Just turn button to off.
